Studio Rental

Payment for studio rental is due upon booking. Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received. Cancellations/reschedules require 48 hours notice. Full refund will be provided if cancelled within 48 hours of your rental date, otherwise the rental fee will be credited towards a future rental.

2-hour minimum required
$75/hr
$200 half day (4 hours)
$400 full day (10 hours)

Terms:
• The time scheduled includes set up and clean up.
• Please clean up after yourself after shoot (sweep/mop the floor, take out
garbage, return equipment/props used to their proper place). Please leave the studio exactly how you found it. The white shooting area will dirty easily, so make sure you clean it well when you are finished.
• No fires, candles or pets. No nails or pins in the wall. If you need to adhere something use command hooks or putty.
• You are responsible for any damage caused to walls, furniture or equipment during your time at the studio, and will be billed for the cost of repairs.
• Please do not move furniture, or allow anyone to stand, jump or eat on it.
• Payment for rental is due upon booking.
